A beautiful French Victorian era 'Toi et Moi' ring, handmade in warm 18K Yellow Gold and set with a 1.13ct natural Burmese Ruby with no heat treatment and a 0.90ct Old Cut Diamond of approximately J/SI1 colour and clarity.
The Toi et Moi style was initially made famous by Napoleon Bonaparte who presented a Toi et Moi to his Empress Josephine on their engagement.
