We accept returns and exchanges. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging we supplied (if applicable).
Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds on rings that have been re-sized. Or on other items where modifications were made by us at your request.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
(i) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our error
(ii) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once the item is received by us and has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or via your original method of payment, within 14 days.
If your refund is not approved, we will contact you immediately to discuss the issue.
Late or missing refunds
We aim to process refunds immediately they are approved. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If we are refunding a payment originally made by credit card, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, please email or call first to confirm the returns address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item over £75 in value, we strongly urge that you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
