Is a wonderful doughnut shaped etoile pendant by Tiffany & Co. Etoile is the word for star in French and the collection, which was debuted in the 1980s sets natural diamonds, fully encased in their surrounding metal as though they had been gently pushed into dough.
This necklace was made in the 1990s and features an integrated chain.
