This is a very rare and rather special Tiffany & Co. diamond and platinum engagement ring, with absolutely exceptional diamonds. It is set with three, pristine E/VVS1 Emerald Cut diamonds, that have the enchanting, spellbinding fire and sparkle that makes a Tiffany Diamond unique.
The central stone weighs 0.72ct; each of the others is 0.42ct, giving a total carat weight of 1.56ct. They combine magnificently to give this ring grace, presence and elegance – the ring really stands out as a classic piece.
Each diamond is laser inscribed with a unique number visible only at x100 magnification. Their size, colour and clarity characteristics have been verified against Tiffany & Co.'s own records. Additionally, we have photographed the ring using a precision digital microscope; pictures of the laser inscription from each diamond are included in our gallery, confirming the provenance of the ring.
The shank is stamped Tiffany & Co Pt 950 and presents a unique serial number which can be used to identify the piece. In addition the ring has been hallmarked in the UK and features the T&Co sponsor, or maker's, mark.
The ring is supplied complete with an original Tiffany & Co. inner and outer 'blue box', a Bloomsbury Manor valuation and authentication certificate.
E/VVS1 diamonds of this quality are extremely rare and expensive. And of course, every Tiffany & Co. diamond is unique. But we estimate an equivalent ring would command a new RRP of £20,000.
