A hinged Bulgari Parentesi bracelet, inspired by the paving stones of Rome and set with 384 Diamonds.
The detail. Every one of the 384 round brilliant natural Diamonds, approximately 3.84ct in total, was set by hand by Bulgari's artisans. The clasp and hinge are firm, and the bracelet shows no sign of wear.
The story. Originally a Greek company, Bulgari was founded in Rome in 1884 by Sotirios Voulgaris. Bulgari became renowned for coloured stones, and a favourite of Elizabeth Taylor, who discovered the house whilst filming Cleopatra in Rome in 1963.
Signed and boxed. Signed Bvlgari, Made in Italy, 750, with Italian hallmarks. Supplied with the original Bulgari box and case.
Size. The internal circumference is 15.5cm (6 inches), ideal for a smaller wrist.
