A superb 1.35tcw three stone Old European Cut diamond engagement ring. Each diamond, set within octagonal millegrain edge platinum setting.
The cut of each diamond is superb and allows the stones to sparkle beautifully with abundant fire and brilliance. The ring was probably fashioned in around 1950 with the stones being cut much earlier. It is rare to find diamonds of this cut quality.
The diamonds are assessed as; one 0.55ct old cut diamond in the middle and a further 0.8tcw between the other two stones. Colour and clarity have been assessed in the setting as G/H (VS2-SI2).
