A wonderful pair of retro diamond and Burmese ruby earrings. A classic look from the 1940s. These earrings carry 1.70ct of mixed round cut unheated Burmese Rubies and a further 0.50ct H/I SI1-2 transitional cut natural diamonds.
They are handcrafted in 18k rose and white gold (tested). The design features a posy of flowers tied with a ribbon. The earrings are secured with a comfortable clip fastening.
The 1940s brought gold back to the forefront of jewellery design after the platinum led Art Deco period. Lush warm rose gold with rubies is a classic look from the era. These earrings come with an independent jewellery report which certifies the origin of the rubies, the description and weight of the diamonds and the characteristics of the gold.
Total weight is 11.11 grams; dimensions are 26mm x 21mm.
