A stunning vintage Cartier Panthère Pendant from 1991. This beautiful pendant is crafted from 18k gold, and is in remarkable original condition.
Complete with the original 15½ inch black silk cord by Cartier, with an 18k gold clasp. The condition of the cord and the pendant suggest this piece has been worn only very rarely.
Cartier Panthère is an iconic luxury brand collection, inspired by the grace and elegance of panthers. With a history dating back to 1914, Cartier's fascination began with a bracelet watch in 1914. Panthère's prominence grew when the Duke of Windsor commissioned a Panther Brooch in 1949 for his partner, Wallis Simpson.
This pendant weighs 21.6 grams, and the length of the Panthère itself is 3.9 centimetres.
Signed Cartier 750 © CARTIER 1991 with a unique serial number, Swiss hallmark for 18k Gold and convention mark for 18k Gold. The clasp on the cord is, similarly, fully signed.
