A beautiful double headed black Panthère Bracelet by Cartier. This is a very sturdy, wearable bracelet, in remarkable condition for a vintage piece. All the markings are clear and we have carefully cleaned and gently polished the bracelet in readiness for a new owner.
These collectible silverium pieces were manufactured in the late 1980s and early 1990s utilising a patented technique combining silver and sulphur. This created a black colour throughout the piece, not just a surface patina.
The technique was developed by atelier Lucien Vachey and every piece of black Cartier silverium is stamped with a lozenge shaped poinçon which features the LV of Lucien Vachey. Watch the video in our gallery to learn more.
A very solidly crafted bracelet, it weighs 50.7 grams and has an internal circumference of 15cm. Would suit a small wrist.
Signed Cartier 750 with serial number, French hallmarks for 18k gold and maker's mark for Lucien Vachey.
Supplied gift-ready, complete with original Cartier presentation box and original Cartier certificate from when it was originally purchase in Zurich 1991.
