"I love this item! Please let me know when you have another one":

A exceptional ring indeed. An original Art Deco ring originally sold in 1933 by James R Ogden Jewellers of St James, London W1. Complete with original receipt for £150, a very princely sum in 1933, and original box. The exceptional central diamond is an original transitional cut stone, cut to exceptional proportions for the time but still featuring the chessboard faceting that is typical of transitional cut diamonds. The diamond has been graded as 3.75ct E/VS2 by the GIA. It is rare to find a transitional cut stone of this rare white colour.

Everything about this ring is magnificent. The shoulders are set with two half moon shaped diamonds, to a further couple of shield shaped stones. The gallery is studded with a hidden halo of old single cut diamonds. Everything about this ring is breathtaking. The new owner will become custodian of a piece of history.

We have undertaken both GIA certification on the central diamond and an independent assessment on the ring itself.

Mounted in platinum.

Ring size is currently P 1/2 (7 3/4 US) but can be resized.
