With the current COVID-19 outbreak happening in the UK, we'd like to reassure you with details of the measures Bloomsbury Manor are taking to protect both you our customers, and ourselves.

We are open for business

As Bloomsbury Manor is primarily an online business, we are not impacted operationally and will be maintaining our usual high levels of service throughout this time.

Please be aware that during this period, personal viewing appointments are unfortunately suspended in our central London office. Remember, all jewellery items from our collections are available with a free 30 day no-quibble return guarantee.

Hygiene measures

We’re working closely with our suppliers and partners to maintain high standards of hygiene and we’re reviewing our processes in accordance with the latest Government and Public Health guidelines as they evolve.

We will be taking the following steps until further notice:

  • All received packages and jewellery will be fully sanitised before opening.
  • All items for despatch will be fully sanitised prior to packaging for delivery.
  • All items will be fully sanitised before and after entering our workshops.
  • We will continue using both the Royal Mail and DHL for delivery services. Both these organisations have adopted contactless delivery protocols to protect customers.

We would recommend sanitising packaging with a cleaning wipe or similar prior to opening any package delivered to your home.

If you’re sending a jewellery item to us, we’d really appreciate you fully cleaning with soap and water any product prior to packaging, to protect our team.
