A wonderful vintage Theo Fennell Pisces Bangle, or bracelet in fabulous original condition. With a nautical design, two fish are engraved on sea-green glass. The symbol for Pisces is cleverly and wittily encased in a porthole design. The warm 18k gold is slightly hammered, giving a wonderful texture to the piece.
This bangle was created at the beginning of Theo Fennell's long career in jewellery. Born in Egypt in 1951, to an army family and then educated at Eton College, he is both part of the establishment and outside it. His designs have been worn by the likes of Elton John, Naomi Campbell and Victoria Beckham.
Weight is 40.7 grams and the bracelet is signed Fennell along with London Hallmarks for 18k Gold and a date mark for 1989.
The bracelet is wonderfully flexible so can be gently squeezed – or opened out – to fit!
