This is an absolutely stunning piece of vintage jewellery. This extraordinary piece, now over 100 years old, is an original French Edwardian 'Toi et Moi' ring.
The Toi et Moi style was initially made famous by Napoleon Bonaparte who presented a Toi et Moi to his Empress Josephine on their engagement.
Handmade in platinum, the ring is set with a pear-shaped 1.51ct J/SI2 diamond and an unheated / untreated 1.37ct Burmese ruby. The shank is set with 6 old cut diamonds.
Together these stones make a perfect match. Whoever the lucky recipient is, we are sure they'll be speechless when they see this ring.
The ring is currently size L (UK) / 5.5 (US) but can be re-sized by us at no extra cost; please let us know what size you require when ordering.
