This stunning Cartier Griffe ring from the early 2017 captures the fierce elegance of Cartier's iconic panther motif. The discontinued Panthère Griffe collection reinterprets the panther as stylized claws ("griffe" meaning claw in French) that dramatically overlap and appear to clutch the finger, with pavé-set brilliant-cut diamonds on one side of each claw for brilliant sparkle against the polished 18k white gold.
An estimated 1.70cts of scintillating white diamond feature as accents to the "griffes". Each diamond has been meticulously set by hand and is estimated to have a colour and clarity of E-G/VS.
All signatures and engravings are in pristine condition.
Signed Cartier, 51, with unique serial number. The ring carries additional hallmarks for 18k white gold.
