A wonderful and Edwardian Old Cut diamond ring. We have never seen another trefoil like this with such fabulous diamonds. Comprising three H-I colour VS1/VS2 clarity old cut diamonds with a total carat weight of 1.45ct, it has been handcrafted in 18k gold and platinum.

The trefoil, a three-lobed shape, carries rich symbolism across cultures. In Christianity, it embodies the Holy Trinity—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—representing unity in diversity and the interconnectedness of divine entities. In Celtic tradition, it symbolizes nature's triadic elements: earth, water, and sky, signifying balance and harmony within the cosmos. Additionally, the trefoil's use in architecture, particularly in Gothic cathedrals, denotes spiritual enlightenment and architectural mastery. Its recurrence in heraldry suggests nobility and honour. Beyond its religious and cultural connotations, the trefoil serves as a timeless emblem of balance, unity, and the cyclical nature of existence, resonating with humanity's quest for meaning.
