"I love this item! Please let me know when you have another one":

A very pretty French Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, which we estimate to be from the early 1920s. Antique Engagement Rings are enjoying a resurgence in popularity, stemming from their unique presentation and authenticity. A ring over 100 years old lends a wonderful sense of permanence to a marriage proposal!

We have had this Old European Cut Diamond independently assessed by the WGI; it is remarkable for its near colourless ‘H’ grading.

It is unusual to find a white diamond with such a high grade in an antique ring such as this; it truly is a very rare find. This 0.92ct diamond is a particularly unique example, boasting an excellent H/SI2 grade and an antique cut that adds character and allure.

The diamond is set within a classic French handmade solitaire setting which is fashioned in platinum. The dogs head French hallmark is still visible to the outside of the band.

As with all our Old European Cut Diamonds, each one is unique, carrying the signature of the artisan who created it in the actual cut of the stone itself.

Currently the ring is a size 58 (EU), Q (UK), 8.5 (US), however should you require invisible re-sizing, this can be carried out by our workshop free of charge.

Supplied in very wearable, Proposal-Ready condition, complete with World Gemological Institute Jewellery Report and presentation box.
