I visited to look at two vintage Cartier necklaces and was given plenty of time to examine and try the pieces without ever feeling rushed or pressured. Meritxell was extremely knowledgeable, warm and helpful, and took the time to answer all my questions. I ultimately purchased a beautiful vintage Cartier necklace that I absolutely love. The after-sales service has been equally excellent. Bloomsbury Manor promptly provided me with a detailed receipt, insurance valuation and certificate of authenticity, and communication throughout has been professional and personal. Thank you to both Andrew and Meritxell for a really lovely experience from beginning to end.
