Cartier's Demi Lune necklace from 1993, with every half-moon link finished by hand to a soft, pillowy profile.
The necklace lies supple against the skin and carries all the confidence of nineties style. Three rows of links move together as one.
The detail. Each semi-circular link sits snugly beside the next, giving a sophisticated sweep of curves around the neck, and the clasp is strong and secure.
Condition. We have lovingly re-polished the necklace in our London workshop, and it presents in completely original condition.
Signed and boxed. Signed Cartier, with serial number, 750 and French hallmarks. Supplied gift-ready with its original Cartier presentation box and outer box.
Size. The necklace measures approximately 17½ inches (44cm) in length and weighs 82.9 grams.
