A wonderful Cartier Maillon Walking Panthère necklace. Crafted by Cartier in the late 1980s, this necklace has become a collector's item. Examples are rare on the market and we are very lucky to have this piece.
Each maillon (link), sits together to create a beautifully articulated chain. The panthère itself looks like it is about to walk off the neck! Each eye is set with an emerald and the nose features a carved piece of onyx.
Signed Cartier 750, with French eagle hallmark and French makers mark. Comes with Cartier case.
