A beautiful and super rare pair of vintage 1960s Van Cleef Mystery Set Earrings.
The mystery setting, perfected by Van Cleef in the 1930s, is their signature look. Precious stones are cut along the sides so that they can slide on fine metal rails. Thus the stones are 'invisibly' set.
A really superb and unique pair of earrings. The perfect present and a great investment piece.
