A stunning late 80s / early 90s example of this extremely stylish and collectable classic necklace by Cartier.
This design, combining yellow gold and steel, was known as 'Twist' and features twisted knots on a wire coiled body.
As with all Cartier pieces, what's really incredible is the quality of the workmanship. This example is superbly made; the craftsmanship is truly second to none!
Signed Cartier, and stamped with serial number 5944**. The 750 mark has been rubbed off through polishing.
